While many kids of today love music, there is still a very little number of kids playing musical instruments. Enrolling in a music school is a tough thing for common parents. So it is truly admirable seeing a girl playing a musical instrument that not everyone can play. The video below will show you and make you realize that kids are beyond the word talent. This girl is much more than that!
Brianna Kahane was one of those many kids who loved music. At the same time, she was one of those very few kids who can play an instrument. In fact, she plays the violin at the best that you can imagine. Brianna began this journey with her violin while she was still three years old. She was so good at it that she even started playing in concerts when she was six years of age. While her age can truly tell how little this girl may be, but her age surely did not define how huge of a talent this girl could give out.
This should be a lesson to everyone that we should never underestimate someone by looks! This 7-year old Brianna was playing Csardas in this video. Every move she made with her 1/4-size violin, she did it with poise, passion, and love for music. She was indeed a gifted child. In fact, she even had a photographic memory. With all these talents, we may still want to ask what inspired a young girl to play such a difficult musical piece. Csardas is a traditional Hungarian folk dance. It was characterized by its tempo variations, starting with a slow and sweet to a fast tempo, which made the piece even harder to play. Well, what inspired her? Perhaps nothing, perhaps, she played this because she can!
Chicago’s Stradivari Society was so amazed by this girl’s extraordinary talent that they gave her a three-quarter-size instrument made in 1790 by Italy’s Antonio Gragnani. This surely will make you believe how good this young girl was.
