When you literally live in the wilderness, you will really do have more encounters with the wildlife, probably more than you have anticipated. When we talk about wildlife, you may think of something like those herbivore animals we always see in farmland. But surely, you may encounter much more than that.
Wild animals are abundant, especially to mountains. One perfect example of such as place is the very beautiful Rocky Mountain region of Colorado. The little town of Stout which then has a population of less than 50 has seen it all. It was not odd at all to have face to face encounter with some of them while walking outside.
But seeing a wild animal in a gift store is a whole different story. Employee Lori Jones finally has seen it all the moment a deer entered the gift shop she’s working at, at the Horsetooth Inn and RV park. She was thrilled seeing her unexpected visitor. She then snapped photos of the lady visitor.
But surely, the visitor was not there for some snapped photos. Apparently, she was there to get some food. The visitor then checked the junk food aisle, but nope, she was there to have some chilling. She needed to get an ice cream.
However, the mommy deer’s attention got distracted with a man’s hand put directly in front of her face. After sniffing several times and got nothing from it, she knew she needed to go fast. Unfortunately, Lori needed to go back to work so she started ditching the mommy deer with a peanut bar. But it seemed like she did not get enough of the sweet treat.
Before Lori realized, mommy deer was back. But it was not the whole story yet! Apparently, she was with some other unexpected visitors. Lori explained at 9News:
“Later, I was in the office checking the store stock. I walked out and there she was with her twins and a lone buck that she nursed. I just used my phone to snap the pics. I laughed so hard!”
Lori then took photos of their unexpected visitors!
