Irish dance is a richly-cultured traditional dance originated in Ireland. Historians believe that it actually started back in the seventeenth century. This particular type of dance can be performed solo or group. This dance actually is still being cultured up to this day. One perfect way to preserve the tradition was to have a competition for this type of dance alone.
One particular competition was the Irish Dance World Championships held in Dublin. Dancers from twenty different countries flew just to perform their interpretation of the Irish dance. Well, in every competition, there will always be someone who would stand out. In this competition, one group, the Fusion Fighters, stood out with their precise dance steps. Typically, if you are not that good at dancing, you would not even take time watching dancers of any genre. But Fusion Fighters’ performance will surely make you love dancing in an instant.
The moment their music began to play, they took the stage entirely. Slowly, they were going out one by one. Before their performance ended, five men tapped dancing one by one. One tap dancing, then followed by another, until all of them had the chance to mesmerize the audience. This group surely knows what unity and harmony mean. They look so good together. This performance will make you say “wow,” for sure.
